Royal Ascot 2008
Dear Subscriber,
Royal Ascot 2007 has now drawn to a close and although
Ascot 2008 is a year away, it's never too early to book
your limousine. Our fleet now includes Hummers, Chrysler
300s and The UKs only Dodge Charger.
Ascot 2008 will be even better than this years meeting as
we are making a few changes to our hospitality arrangements
that we know you’ll enjoy. We have ordered a high quality
hospitality marquee that will stay at the race course for
the duration of the meeting. The marquee is large enough to
accommodate 5 parties of 8 people in comfort. By having a
permanent marquee at the event, we are able to make some
considerable improvements to our package, including,
? Guaranteed parking closer to the racecourse entrance
? High quality sturdy tables and chairs
? Pre set table (table mats, table cloth, candles, flowers
etc…)
? Additional buffet tables for each party
? Full cutlery
? Ceramic plates
? Champagne, rock and wine glasses
? Heated serving facilities (for chicken drumsticks etc…)
? Music within the marquee
? Flat screen television (watch the pre –race build up and
form)
? Option of having a fresh buffet delivered to your table
(see menu)
? Complimentary Pimms & Lemonade
By offering this unique service, we expect demand to be
very high and would advise early booking. We are offering
all this at the same price as 2007.
